Koa offers good-sized bedrooms – 1x king and 1x queen and one bedroom with a king single bunk bed and king single bed. It also has plenty of room outside for kids to explore and a front deck for the adults to relax on. The bathroom and laundry need to be refurbished and will be once permissions are granted.
